Woodville Community Services Inc (WCS) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Community Development Manager to lead the Community Development Team and to work in partnership with local people and communities.

 

Your strong commitment to social justice principles and to ethical practice will complement your ability to engage a range of stakeholders with the aim of building stronger and more resilient communities. You will also possess extensive experience in community development and high level advocacy, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

 

WCS is a progressive community based organisation that delivers a range of programs across the LGAs of Fairfield, Bankstown & Liverpool including a Long Day Care Centre and Community Development and Disability Services.

 

An attractive salary package including a vehicle will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
