1975
Ulla Bartels in Carramar began working as a volunteer home tutor in conversational English for the many Indo-Chinese refugees settling in Fairfield.

Opening of the Carramar Community Center

Funding by Fairfield Council and NSW Government of two-year part time community worker role (to full time in 1990).
1984
Community Centre office at Carramar Public School in a demountable supplied by Fairfield City Council.

Carramar Child Care Centre opened.
1993
Carramar Community Centre becomes Fairfield East Community Organisation (FECO) INC.

Work now incorporates the Carramar Child Care Centre, a Before and After School Centre, a community development program and work with adults with an intellectual disability.
1999
FECO was allocated two units in the Kamira Court complex in Villawood by the NSW Housing Authority.
1999
2003
Change of name to Woodville Community Services and move of Head Office to its current location in Kamira Court.
2013
Opening of a new purpose built facility for the disability services and Corporate Services team.

2015
Change of name of Woodville Alliance.
