  • Major programs in disability, mental health, family/youth support, community development and early childhood education.

We work across the Fairfield and surrounding regions. The community is ethnically diverse, with low income levels and high levels of disadvantage.

We work towards seeing the local community achieving greater independence and choice.

Woodville has doubled its size in five years, expanded geographic coverage and moved into new program areas.

Our work is underpinned by a strong commitment to social justice. Staff engagement is high with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and adapting to need. We have a reputation for customer focused, high quality services.

The Board is seeking three Non-Executive Directors with knowledge, skills and experience in at least one of the following:

  • social impact investing
  • operating a small to medium enterprise in our area
  • marketing and measurement of program outcomes
  • strategic use of technology
  • educational institutions.

We are interested in both experienced not for profit or private sector board members as well as people building a board experience portfolio and  particularly people from our local area.
